Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Options and Times
We offer the following shipping options to meet your needs:

• Domestic (within the UK): Delivered within 5-15 business days.
2. Expedited Shipping:
• Domestic (within the Uk): Delivered within 1-5 business days.
Maximum Delivery Time: All garments will be shipped and delivered within 25 days from the order date, irrespective of the chosen shipping option.
Shipping Costs
• Domestic Orders: Free standard shipping on orders over £150. For orders under £150, standard shipping costs £5.99. Expedited shipping costs £15.
• International Orders: Shipping costs vary based on the destination and selected shipping method. Please refer to the shipping calculator at checkout for accurate rates.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment.
Insurance and Claims
All shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit. If your order is lost or damaged, please contact our customer service team to file a claim for reimbursement.
Restrictions
We currently do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and certain international locations. Certain products may also be restricted from shipping to specific regions due to international regulations.

Estimated Shipping Time
Pre-order items are typically shipped within 1-3 weeks from the date of the product release. The expected release date will be clearly indicated on the product page. Once the item is released and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
Maximum Delivery Time: All pre-order items will be shipped and delivered within 20 days from the release date, irrespective of the chosen shipping option.
